The AGRITRUST FUND(s) was established to focus on the ownership and proper management of rural properties for the purpose of generating rental income, capital appreciation and return on investments. These properties are funded through a combination of unit holder equity and flexible debt funding. The ratio of debt to equity is regularly assessed by the board and debt providers in order to set fair and appropriate levels. The fund currently holds a combined portfolio of 19,000 hectares spread throughout USA, Ecuador, Argentina, Uruguay, Chile, Peru and Brazil.
