Geronimo Agustin Antonetti, Agronomic Engineer, Enologist and Master Sommelier with 24 years experience in Viticulture design & production, vineyard design, management systems and wine production. Geronimo servers as a member and advisor as follows; Vice President Cámara de Comercio, Industria y Agricultura de Gral. San Martín, SAGyP (Secretaría de Agricultura Ganadería y Pesca de la Nación) SSEA (Subsecretaria de Economía Agropecuaria), (DGI), Departamento General de Irrigación, GyTT (Transferencia de Tecnología), PROSAP (Programa de Servicios Agrícolas Provinciales), FAO (Organización de las Naciones Unidas para la Agricultura y la Alimentación), SPAS (Sistema de Protección Antigranizo Solidario) and INTA (Instituto Nacional de Tecnología Agropecuaria). Geronimo’s expertise and focus lies on the design, implementation, management and production of viticulture systems, vineyard design-organization, wine grape design and cultivation, wine production and turn around. Geronimo holds a masters in Viticulture and Enology from UNC (Facultad de Ciencias Agrarias) Agro Montpellier France and Agronomic Engineering degree from la Universidad Nacional de Cuyo. Geronimo is a lecturer of wine grape cultivation and wind production with over a dozen books and manuals as a leading authority in wine.

Calixto Vallejo, Ph.D Seasoned Engineer, Business strategist, mentor and investor vested as a principal and board member in various start-up to mature stage technology companies. My acumen and methodology stems from 35+ years of experience in process engineering, manufacturing, technology implementation, strategy, business development and organizational management. Key focus and impact are education, agriculture, security, nano-techonology, bio-technology, health/wellness, facility management and turnover.
Principal & Board Member: Juan Carlos Miguel Rodriguez
Juan Carlos Miguel Rodriguez, Ph.D Scientist, Seasoned Strategist, and Analyst, with 25 years of experience in production, system input-out analysis, process management and business development within public and private sectors for military defense, communication, human capital, renewable energies, biotechnology and agricultural systems. Juan Carlos serves as a member and or advisor to SQA (Society of Quantitative Analysis) CGTEEA (Chinese Game Theory & Experimental Economics Associations), IQSA (The International Quantum Structures Association) GTS (Game Theory Society), Fibonacci Association, SAEA (Sustainable Agricultural Eduction Association), NSAC (National Sustainable Agricultural Coalition), FOG (Florida Certified Organic Growers & Consumers), National Cooperative Business Associations, Hispanic Professional Association, IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers), ASEE (American Society for Engineering Education), AEE (The Association of Enginery Engineers), APS (American Physical Society) and AQPIDA (The Association for Quantum Probability and Infinite Dimensional Analysis). Juan Carlos’s expertise and focus lies in the analysis, design and executive implementation of a business system by means of stake holder analysis and probabilistic amplitude to identify and reach the economic point of equilibrium and maximum output within a business process.
